Our 200 hour teacher training course is a great launching pad to begin teaching yoga, and a fantastic way to deepen your personal practice.You will gain the confidence and technical skills necessary to create inspiring, joyful and safe classes, that will truly touch the hearts and lives of others.The course is a journey through the Eight Limbs of Yoga. It is designed in eight weekend courses over a period of ten weeks, providing time to fully integrate all aspects of yoga.
